I have taken and completed an online driver’s education course (the one provided by AllGoodDrivers.com if it matters). Is this enough education so the California DMV will let me take the test to get my learner’s permit?

You don’t need any special training to apply for a learners permit. All you need to do is pass the written test. If you feel you’re ready, then go for it!

Get yourself a steering wheel and pedals. Then get yourself Gran Tourismo 4 on PC, and if you can get all the licenses in that game (a,b,international a and b, and super license) in gold or silver rating, turst me, you can drive a car in any country or state! LOL.
